Whether you’re a skier or snowboarder who likes to shoot the breeze with your mates, the Outdoormix Derby is for you!

New for 2024, the atmosphere is the highest point in Vars, with a starting spot at the finish of the Speed Master chairlift for a steeper, more technical descent to the lowest point.

So don your zebra skin, your best fluorescent overalls, grab your mates and sign up for this crazy race!

Bibs & ski pass withdrawal between 09:00 and 15:00 to collect your number and ski pass from the festival reception (tourist office) - 15 € deposit (cheque / cash)

Competition time From 4:00 to 5:30 p.m.
Podiums From 6.00 p.m. in front of the concert tent

ACCESS CONDITIONS

Prize Money Free entry to the 1ᵉʳ men’s and women’s Meije derby & many prizes

Number of seats 100 riders
Minimum age From 12 years old

Minimum skills To know how to descend a red trail (3rd star).
Authorized materials Ski, Snowboard, Monoski or Telemark
Protections Helmet mandatory, back protection strongly recommended

REGISTRATION CONDITIONS

Registrations via the registration link below or at the event reception

Mandatory document Medical certificate for competitive skiing, snowboarding or snow sports AND parental consent for minors

Registration fees 2 € (derby only) / 22 € (derby + ski pass☆)

☆ For those who do not have a ski pass, the 22 € pass includes a special pass to get to the start of the race at the summit of the Speed Master.
The passes will be given at the check-in at the festival reception located at the tourist office of Vars Les Claux.
