OBJECT OF THE GENERAL TERMS OF USE
The purpose of the present General Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “GTU”) is to define the terms and conditions of provision and use of the service by Users on the following Internet pages
www.outdoormixfestival.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Showcase Site
www.shop.outdoormixfestival.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Ticketing Site”.
www.inscription.outdoormixfestival.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Registration Site”.
Any connection to one of the Outdoormix Festival sites and use of its content is made within the framework of these GTC.
The Outdoormix Festival reserves the right to modify as well as to delete all or part of the www.outdoormixfestival.com site without prior notice and without having to inform the Internet users of the www.outdoormixfestival.com site (hereinafter referred to as “User(s)”). The Outdoormix Festival shall not be held responsible to the Users or to any third party for any modification of the Outdoormix Festival sites.

ARTICLE 1. CONDITIONS OF ACCESS TO THE SITES
The Showcase site does not require any particular connection to access its content. The latter is open to all Users.
Access to the Ticketing site and Registration site requires the creation of a personal account to access the ticket purchase system for the former and the registration form for the latter.
Accesses the Ticketing site for users who want to buy one or more concert tickets.
Accesses externally (by logging in to an account) the Registration site for users wishing to register:
Either as a volunteer to work on the festival;
Or a sportsman wanting to reserve and buy a sports pass for a specific competition;
Or a companion of a sportsman wishing to buy a companion pass. The latter, although visible on the registration site, requires a mandatory token (or code), which is only available in the validation and finalization email of a sportsman (email received after the manual validation of the sports registration by an administrator).
The registration of partners, service providers, exhibitors, artists, invited athletes, press and guests is done internally (directly via the management backoffice) by an administrator only. A hidden account is created for each type of member. This account is not accessible via the Registration site for the above mentioned members.
ARTICLE 2. THE DIFFERENT SERVICES AND PRODUCTS OFFERED
The Showcase site is an Internet site containing only information relating to the Outdoormix Festival sports and music program. The information on this site cannot be modified by Users.
No personal accounts or information will be collected on visitors and users of this site.
The Ticketing site only provides for the purchase of tickets for the concerts of the event.
ARTICLE 3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND PAYMENT
The Showcase site does not include any payment, it is a site entirely dedicated to information.
On the Ticketing and Registration site, all purchases are made either via a contract edited by Crédit Agricole and E-transaction. For more information, go to www.e-transactions.fr, or via your PayPal account.
The debit for all ticket purchases on the Ticketing site is immediate.
The deduction for any purchase of a Companion Pass on the Registration site is immediate.
The deduction for any purchase of a Sports Pass on the Registration site is deferred. The purchase of a Sports Pass is subject to manual validation by the administration. The payment of a Sports Pass is therefore put on hold (maximum 6 days) while an administrator verifies the validity of the documents provided during registration. Once validated, the athlete will receive an email confirming the validation of his registration and the finalization of the banking transaction.
If the athlete does not provide the correct document, the registration as well as the payment for the purchase of the sports pass will be cancelled. The athlete will have to log in again to his or her personal account on the Registration Site in order to start the Sports Pass purchase procedure again. The information provided by the athletes will not be lost when the purchase of their Sports Pass is cancelled.
We remind you that the fact of validating an order implies the obligation, to the buyer, to pay the price indicated. The payment of the purchases can be carried out according to the means of payment accepted on the site, www.outdoormixfestival.com.
ARTICLE 4. THE SECURITY OF THE PAYMENTS
All purchases made on one of the festival’s sites are made through a secure HTTPS page, the online payment platform of Crédit Agricole: E-transaction.
All Outdoormix Festival sites are subject to a security system. As part of the fight against fraud, we have set up the 3D Secure payment system. This service is free and can be activated for your payments by credit card, Visa and MasterCard. With 3D Secure (or verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode), your bank checks your identity at the time of payment. The identification process is specific to each bank, please check with your bank the authentication process used.
ARTICLE 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
No reproduction, even partial, as provided for in article L.122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code, may be made of this site without the authorization of the publication director.
ARTICLE 6. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The information and data concerning you are necessary for the management of your order and our organization. This information and data are also kept for security purposes, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and to enable us to improve and personalize the services we offer you and the information we send you.
It is stored on the association’s Amazon servers. This data is used to complete your transaction. In addition, this data, once recorded, allows you to make your future transactions more quickly.
In accordance with the French law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, and object to the information concerning you, which can be exercised at the Association WeAreHautesAlpes, Human Ressources Office, 01 avenue Alexandre Didier, 05200 EMBRUN, France, by indicating your name, first name, address, and if possible, your customer reference. In accordance with the regulations in force, your letter must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing your signature and specify the address to which the reply should be sent. A reply will then be sent to you within 2 months of receipt of the request.
Through us, depending on your choices on the registration form, you may also receive newsletters and information from the WeAreHautesAlpes Association and the “Outdoormix Festival” by email. If you no longer wish to receive these newsletters, you can ask us at any time by specifying it in My account under the heading “Personal information”.
ARTICLE 7. PROVISION SPECIFIC TO THE REGULATION OF THE CNIL
The personal data that you communicate to us are processed by the association WeAreHautesAlpes. They are necessary for the management and the follow-up of the ticketing service as well as for our commercial relations. They can not be transmitted to other companies and only the organizer keeps the choice to use these data in order to build loyalty and communicate with the spectators of his own event.
In accordance with the French law on data processing and freedom of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and oppose any personal data concerning you. You just have to write us by mail to Association WeAreHautesAlpes, Outdoormix Festival, 01 avenue Alexandre Didier, 05200 EMBRUN (France), indicating your name, first name and email address. In accordance with the regulations in force, your request must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing your signature and specify the address to which the reply should reach you. A reply will be sent to you within 2 months of receipt of the request (as evidenced by the postmark).
ARTICLE 8. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE VISITOR
The Outdoormix Festival informs the Users that they have a general right of access, opposition, rectification and deletion of all personal data concerning them that the Outdoormix Festival holds. In accordance with the decree n°2007-451 of March 25, 2007 taken for the application of the law of January 6, 1978, the requests of the Users will have to be presented in writing and will have to be signed and accompanied by the photocopy of an identity paper carrying the signature of the holder. The request must specify the address to which the reply must be sent. The Outdoormix Festival reserves the right to respond within two months of receiving the request.
