Composed of Charly Kochowsky on bouzouki and electronics, Jean Francois Aragon on vocals, and a symbiosis between Benjamin de Sainte Marie and Gabriel Monnier on brass, F.U.R. is halfway between digital and acoustic, all syncopated by a post-industrial rhythm.
F.U.R. interweaves spoken-word vocals with fast-paced delivery in Occitan or vernacular French to enhance the power of radical music rooted in folk tradition. Their inspirations are broad and diverse, often reminiscent, for energy, of the Beastie Boys, and for style, of Sleaford Mods. An unexpected blend akin to Asian Dub Foundation.
