Here you’ll find all the information you need about the daytime event village during the festival. It’s free and open to all. It’s “the place to be” to enjoy all the sporting shows, while having fun with the various activities and initiations scheduled.

What to do in the event village
You can stroll freely and free of charge between the stands of the fifty or so exhibitors present in the village, enjoy the sports shows, and also try out the various initiations and animations present throughout the event village. Find out more on our initiation page.
Is there a charge to enter the event village?
No, access to the event village and all the sports spots around it are free and open to all.
Is the village event accessible to people with reduced mobility or disabilities?
Yes, the village is also accessible to all disabled people, and it is possible to move around in a wheelchair or with crutches.
For the disabled, there are special parking spaces and toilets in the parking lot at the entrance to the event village.
What’s more, the Comité Handisport stand will be delighted to welcome you and provide you with all the information you need to have a great time.
Can I bring my dog to the event village?
Yes, you can bring your dog into the event village. Dogs must be kept on a leash.
Will there be food and drink available in the event village?
Yes, there will be a catering zone with various food-trucks and two bars in the event village, where you can eat and drink.
The catering zone is open until 9:30 p.m.
Is it possible to buy concert tickets in the event village?
Yes, the event village has two information points where you can buy tickets for the concerts, Mixes, or simply come and find out about the sports programmes and initiations so you don’t miss a thing!
Is there a lost and found area in the event village?
Yes, all lost and found items from the day and the concerts will be available every day at the festival reception.
