The event village
Here you’ll find all the information you need about the daytime event village during the festival. It’s free and open to all. It’s “the place to be” to enjoy all the sporting shows, while having fun with the various activities and initiations scheduled.
The event village
The village is evolving!
This year, you’ll be able to enjoy the evening in the event village, which will open its doors to you from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. every day ✨
On the program, more than twenty competitions and sports shows, 75 brands and a bar-restaurant area open during the day and the evening 🌜
What to do in the event village?
You can stroll freely between the stands, enjoy the sports competitions and shows, and also try out the various initiations and animations that take place in the event village. Find out more on our initiation page.
Do I need a ticket to enter the event village?
Access to the event village and all the sports spots around it are free and open to all, the tickets grant you acces to the concert area at night only.
Is the village event accessible to disabled people?
The event village is accessible to disabled people, and it is possible to move around in a wheelchair or with crutches.
There are special parking spaces and toilets in the parking lot at the entrance to the event village.
Moreover, the Comité Handisport stand will be glad to welcome you and provide you with all the information you need to have a great time.
Can I bring my dog to the event village?
Our lovely friends are allowed on the event village, you can bring your dog as long as they are kept on a leash.
Will there be food and drinks available in the event village?
Within the event village, there is a catering zone with various food-trucks and two bars, where you can grab a drink and something to eat.
The catering zone is open until 10:30 p.m.
Is it possible to buy concert tickets in the event village?
If concert tickets are still available, you can buy your tickets at one of our 3 information points.
Is there a lost and found area in the event village?
All lost and found items from the day and the concerts will be available every day at the festival reception.
Plant-based cooking
Do you want to try 100% plant-based cooking? We’ve got an option for you!
Most of our Food Trucks will offer a vegetarian and/or vegan option on their menus, but Beans Conspiracy will be offering a 100% plant-based menu, made with products sourced locally around the festival.

What could feel better than having a good slice of pizza or a big burger to finish off the day after trying all of the initiations available in the event village? Prozione Di Capri and Vince’s Burger will have just what you’re looking for!
Another classic snack, and a 100 % French one. Let yourself be tempted by the delicious sweet & savoury crepes from Chez Jean Mich!
