When registering for competitions organized by the Outdoormix Festival, you will be asked to provide a document attesting that you are able to practice the sport, which often takes the form of a license or medical certificate.

Without this document, your registration will be cancelled by the organization and no refund will be made, so make sure you have the right document.

Be careful For some sports, co-organized with federations, it is possible to register with a medical certificate, but you’ll need to buy a temporary license to take part in the competition. You can do this online on the federation’s website or on site on the day of the event.

If you are underage, you will also need to provide parental authorization when you register. You can fill out the form by clicking herre.

To register, go to our registration page and select your sport and pass.

• Ride & Party Pass: As the name suggests, you’ll have access to your competition and concerts, as well as the campsite! You’ll also receive a Rider Welcome Pack upon arrival.
• Rider Pass: This registration will give you access to your competition only.
• Junior Pass: For some sports, the junior and senior categories are separate. If you are under 18, be sure to check the age category for your sport on its page and choose the pass that applies to you!

Warning! For some sports, you can select either a Rider Pass or a Junior Pass. If you register in the wrong category, your registration will be cancelled by the organization and no refund will be given.

Options

If you wish, you can take part in multiple competitions during the festival. make sure the schedules align so you don’t miss an event

For climbing, you’ll need to choose a qualification slot, be careful though, you can’t change it at a later date.

Online payment will be possible with a credt or debit card.

Just after you’ve registered, you’ll receive an e-mail from the organization confirming that your registration has been processed.
Within 1 to 3 days, you’ll receive a second registration validation e-mail once the team has checked your documents (license, medical certificate…). If you don’t receive this second e-mail, don’t hesitate to send an e-mail to [email protected].

You’ll also receive the event roadbook, and a practical information e-mail, which will give you all the information you need on site. Don’t forget to open them!

Accompagnateur Passes are only available with the purchase of a Ride & Party Pass.

To register a companion, please complete the companion registration form.

The organization will check that the registered companion is associated with a Ride & Party Pass holder.

Once the checks have been completed, the organization will send an e-mail to the participant with the payment link.
