This page will give you all the information you need to come and ride without stress!
How do I register?
Procedure and advice
1. I collect the documents I need to register
When registering for competitions organized by the Outdoormix Festival, you will be asked to provide a document attesting that you are able to practice the sport, which often takes the form of a license or medical certificate.
Without this document, your registration will be cancelled by the organization and no refund will be made, so make sure you have the right document.
Be careful For some sports, co-organized with federations, it is possible to register with a medical certificate, but you’ll need to buy a temporary license to take part in the competition. You can do this online on the federation’s website or on site on the day of the event.
You can find the list of accepted documents on the F.A.Q. on your sport’s page.
If you are underage, you will also need to provide parental authorization when you register. You can fill out the form by clicking herre.
2. I choose my pass
To register, go to our registration page and select your sport and pass.
Warning! For some sports, you can select either a Rider Pass or a Junior Pass. If you register in the wrong category, your registration will be cancelled by the organization and no refund will be given.
You can find the information relating to your age category on the F.A.Q. on your sport’s page.
3. I fill in the registration form
Options
If you wish, you can take part in a pumptrack skate or pumptrack MTB competition, pumpfoil or all three, in addition to your sport. Simply tick the pumptrack or pumpfoil box on the registration form.
For climbing, you’ll need to choose a qualification slot, be careful though, you can’t change it at a later date.
5. I pay
Online payment will be possible with a credt or debit card.
6. I receive my registration confirmation
Just after you’ve registered, you’ll receive an e-mail from the organization confirming that your registration has been processed.
Within 1 to 3 days, you’ll receive a second registration validation e-mail once the team has checked your documents (license, medical certificate…). If you don’t receive this second e-mail, don’t hesitate to send an e-mail to [email protected].
You’ll also receive the event roadbook, and a practical information e-mail, which will give you all the information you need on site. Don’t forget to open them!
