Yes, to improve road circulation in mountainous regions and user safety, it is compulsory to equip your vehicle with winter tires or snow chains or socks, from November 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025, in certain mountainous areas. Coming into force on November 1, 2021, this winter obligation is set out in a decree published in the Journal Officiel on October 18, 2020.
Yes, Imbert coaches’ “Neige Express” line takes you directly from Paris, Marseille, Aix-en-Provence and Oulx (Italy) to Vars.
Local Imbert coach lines also take you from Embrun, Mont dauphin and Guillestre.

F.A.Q. - MINOR AUDIENCE
My child under 16 wants to come to the concert. What are the conditions of access to the concert area?
To gain access to the concert area, a person under 16 years of age must bring proof of identity (or a copy) and be accompanied by a parent (or, failing this, have a signed parental authorization indicating the legal representative).
Without these conditions, the minor may be refused access to the concert area.

This is strongly advised for your child’s own good. Otherwise, anyone between 16 and 18 years of age must carry parental authorization and an ID card (or a copy) with them throughout the evening.

Is the exit from the concert tent definitive?
No, once you’ve scanned your ticket, you’ll receive a colored wristband for the evening. This bracelet allows you to go back and forth to the entrance of the concert tent.
Is the concert area accessible to people with reduced mobility or disabilities?
Yes, the concert tent is accessible to people with reduced mobility or disabilities. You can use crutches or a wheelchair. Disabled toilets are located on the snow front, in the ski pass cashier building (at the entrance to the snow front).
Can I take my dog into the concert area?
No, animals, even on a leash, are forbidden on the snow front, in the vicinity and under the concert tent.

Is there a space for lost and found objects in the concert area?
No, all lost and found items will be available the morning after each concert at the festival reception desk.
Is it possible to have a drink and a bite to eat in the concert tent?
A bar serving beer and mulled wine is located under the concert tent. Colored wristbands are required for access to the bar. Anyone without a valid ticket or colored wristband will not be allowed to drink at this bar.
For refreshments, a number of establishments offer this service along the snow front.
What methods of payment are accepted in the concert tent?
Means of payment accepted at the concert tent bar are : CB and cash only.

Located in the Eyssina room, just next to the Tourist Office of Vars, our team will be at your disposal to provide you with all the information you need to have a good festival.
The festival reception is open every day 09:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., from Friday January 17 to Sunday January 19, 2025.
