How to get to Vars ?

By car, train or carpool, all means are good to get to Vars!
We invite you to visit the official page of the Vars Tourist Office to find the means of transport that suits you best.

Find accommodation ?

The Outdoormix Winter Festival is located in a ski resort. This means that to enjoy the event safely, on foot, we recommend that our festival-goers stay in Vars les Claux by booking apartments with friends. We recommend two ways of doing this: AirBnb or the Boost Your Immo agency.

Of course, you can also stay in a hotel, and there’s a dedicated parking lot for campers in Vars les Claux.

This year, to enter the concert tent from 5:00 pm on Friday January 19 and Saturday January 20, you’ll need a concert ticket.

€15 - Full Party Pass to enjoy 2 evenings
€8 - To enjoy Friday OR Saturday evening

ON-SITE RATES

€12 per evening, subject to availability

MINOR PUBLIC

To access the concerts, minors must:_

Be accompanied by a legal guardian with a ticket and present parental authorization and proof of identity for those under 16 years of age;
Present parental authorization and proof of identity for those over 16 years of age.

Concerts

6:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Friday and Saturday, we invite young and old to share a free, convivial moment under the heated tent.

… followed by free concerts with : Joachim Pastor (Friday) and La Caravane Passe (Saturday)…

After Party

11:00 p.m. - 01:30 a.m.

… Because the party never stops, we invite the most motivated to finish these two evenings with us, in one of the partner bars of the festival.

The Bar

The bar under the heated tent will only be open on Friday and Saturday evenings from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m..
All our drinks are served in eco-cups (deposit of 1 € per eco-cup, returned when the glass is returned).

Village information

The Outdoormix Village

The event village will be open from Friday, January 19 to Sunday, January 21, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m..
A pleasant space where you can enjoy all the animations, watch the sportsmen perform feats or relax between two tracks.

Information point

Located below the snow front in the Eyssina hall, the festival reception will answer all your questions so that you can enjoy the festival without hassle.

Respect for the mountain

Located in the heart of the ski resort of Vars, the festival aims to be as ecological as possible while respecting the mountain. Many garbage cans are available on the different sites to avoid waste in the nature.

Respect for the mountain also means respecting safety rules, especially in the context of off-piste practices.

Host schedules

Located in the Eyssina room, just next to the Tourist Office of Vars, our team will be at your disposal to provide you with all the information you need to have a good festival.
The festival reception is open every day 09:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., from Friday January 19 to Sunday January 21, 2024.

Check-In & Registration

A visit to the reception desk is mandatory for all volunteers and athletes registered for a competition or sports demonstration.

A “welcome-pack” will be given to you once the check-in is done.

Sports registrations / places

For sportspeople wishing to register on site, registration is open every day and closes 1 hour before the start of the competition.

Methods of payment accepted: cash and bank check.
CB not accepted.
