Charlie Guelle is a multi-instrumentalist musician and singer from Briançonnais (05). After many years of musical studies and teaching, he starts composing
in a rock register, tinted of Bjork, Sigur ros, Radiohead… with a very pronounced taste for the odd and composed measures.
Helped by the structure Bruit-Blanc (the decablés) of Briançon as well as the school Impulse of Gap, he releases his first album in November 2022, “The Fat Cat’s Black Thoughts”, under the
pseudonym “chà”. In this album recorded at Studio Vulcain in Embrun (05), Charlie recorded all the instruments.
For the live version, he surrounds himself with 3 excellent musicians he met during his studies: Axel Michel on drums, Nathan Taboni on bass and backing vocals, Laurent Villegas on guitar.
After a residency at the Face B in Briançon with his colleagues, the project is finally ready to electrify the stages.
