Biography

A member of the French downhill team, Gaëtan Ricord is a real eye-opener on his last trips on his longboard. With his status as a top-level sportsman, the Seynois student in DUT at the University of Toulon travels to different parts of the world with the French team to descend at full speed various mountain roads.

He is very involved with his team: the Fucking French Monkeys (Lucas Poulain, Pierre Hardiller and Maxime Sorek). At 21 years old he is already 8ᵉ at the European championship and 14ᵉ at the world cup.

After years of shredding the same Réallon road, we heard the message from the LGB community: "We want something new! So OK! This year, we’re switching the Longboard freeride to the Les Orres road, located 5 min from the Outdoormix village, with a brand-new asphalt surface! Come one, come all!
