Julien Kerneur is a professional kitesurfer, born on November 1st 1991, in Vannes, Brittany, France. He discovered kitesurfing in 2002 at the age of 10. He is 3 times world champion, 2 times vice world champion, European champion, French champion in Slalom Race disciplines. He is one of the most versatile riders in the world, riding all types of kitesurfing equipment, Foil, Race, Surf, TT, Snow, Sup.
